What type of discounts does Front Runner offer?

Can you send me a paper catalog?
To keep our costs low, and pass the savings on to you, we do not have a paper catalog available. All of our trophies, medals, legends, cups, etc., are available through our internet website.

Please note that we are on the USA East Coast. Calls before 9:00am and after 6:00pm EST/EDT on weekdays and calls on weekends will most likely be forwarded to our answering machine.

Is your online ordering secure?
YES! We use state-of-the-art technology to ensure that your credit card information is fully secure when placing an order through our website. Our secure server is protected through CA Cert, one of the fastest-growing certifications around. When placing your first order, you may be asked to accept this certificate (by your web browser) before continuing - this is OK.

The certificate is requested by www.tbkd.org in Durham, North Carolina and signed by CA Cert.. If you see a difference in either the requestor or the signing authority, please DO NOT accept the certificate and DO NOT continue with the Checkout process. Please also contact us as soon as possible so that we can determine who is trying to hack into our secure website,.

Payment Options & Ordering Information

Front Runner currently accepts PayPal, bank (certified) check, USPS Money Orders, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We can not accept personal checks. To order via MasterCard, Visa, and American Express please use our secure online shopping cart.

To order via certified/bank check or money order, please submit an order using our secure online shopping cart. You will indicate the payment type during the ordering process. Please be sure to include a valid email address when you order. This email address is used to uniqely identify your order - and is necessary for you to view your order status.

To order via PayPal, use the secure shopping cart as outlined above. You will indicate your payment preference during the order process. We will then contact you with the Paypal invoice informaton to complete the transaction.

Font Runner contacts each and every customer via email after their order is placed to go over details in regards to size and color selections If you have any questions about your order, you may email us at FrontRunner1@Verizon.net.

We are always happy to accept orders from people outside of the United States--we only ask that you email us at FrontRunner1@Verizon.net with the items you wish to order so we may give you an accurate shipping cost for your country.

Use the shopping cart as before. The Shipping Charges will be based on US shipping averages, however. Simply email us with your ordering information so that we can estimate the correct shipping charges.

Please note: although we can estimate how long a package will take to get to you once it leaves our shop, we cannot and will not be held liable for shipping delays once a package leaves our hands. Expedited and overnighted shipping is available, however we cannot and will not be held liable for package delays caused by the shipping agent.

We are happy to ship to international customers. We *highly* advice that all international orders for special events such as tournaments are placed at least six months in advance. Standard shipping to most international locations is generally two weeks - but can take longer if customs decides to inspect the package. We can and will not be held liable for package delays caused by the shipping agent. Be safe - order early!

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to additional taxes, charges, and fees upon entering the destination country. While we will assist in identifying the correct forms and procedures, Front Runner is not responsible for paying those taxes, charges, or fees.

Privacy Policy
We take our client's privacy *very* seriously. Your information will never be sold to third parties or "spam" lists.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our specialty and custom orders, all sales are final. Defective items can be returned within three days for repair or replacement. You must contact us via email within three days of receipt of your order for a return authorization.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

What type of discounts does Front Runner offer?
Throughout the year we may have special promotions. We advertise these promotions via email (for those of you who have said that it ok for us to send you email), announcements on our website, or by word of mouth at various tournaments, gatherings, or organizational meetings.

Discounts vary from "Free Shipping", "X% off the order total", "discount for a specific item", "discount for any (one) item", or "discount for an entire group of items (Trophies, Medals, ...). We also offer a "Volume" discount with price breaks occuring at various quantities depending on the items ordered. Please contact us if you would like more information regarding volume discounts.

All discounts are identified by a specific "Coupon Code" which is entered during the final online checkout process. The discount percent, and dollar value of the discount will be shown on your invoice.

Discounts are generally NOT additive - only one discount will be applied to your invoice at a time.

Discounts are generally 'use once' unless identified otherwise.

The price we set for our awards is already very reasonable. Additional discounts, while infrequent, are a wonderful way to make what already is a "bargain" price", into a "steal". :) Discounts and promotions usually occur in our "slow season", from November through February.
